New partnership between PHP and UK Community Foundations supporting social prescribing programmes across Scotland and Lincolnshire
PHP is delighted to have delivered this recent work to coincide with national Social Prescribing Week and Social Prescribing Day, celebrated on Thursday 10 March 2022. Social Prescribing Day is an annual celebration of social prescribing, recognising local community groups and projects which have kept us healthy throughout the pandemic and beyond.
PHP Community Impact Partnership with UK Community Foundations
PHP are delighted to be working with UK Community Foundations to offer grants to charities and community groups that are focused on social prescribing and community wellbeing that serve our properties.
We have launched the project in two pilot regions in Scotland and Lincolnshire and are working with our GP practices, their social prescribing coordinators and link workers to promote the fund to the organisations delivering social prescribing services to their patient lists and local communities.

Launched yesterday at their Festival of Good Governance, The Good Governance Institute has released a paper, commissioned by PHP PLC, to explore the commissioning of primary care premises by Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG), Primary Care Networks (PCN) and trusts and the influence of healthcare integration and digital access to primary care, post-Covid-19.
