The part single-storey, part two-storey building comprises two adjoining primary healthcare and pharmaceutical centres. One half, located within the grounds of RAF Lossiemouth, has been occupied by the RAF while the other is occupied by NHS Grampian and is home to the Laich Medical Practice serving the local community. The building, which features a very shallow roof pitch, is also in keeping with the existing RAF buildings nearby.
The centre was purchased in January 2008 from Sapphire Primary Care Developments.
